The participants will get to know the basics as well as the most important Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and Problem Solving methods without the "hard math" and fully applicable to the real life as well as in the "normal daily business".

The content of the qualification complies with the Six Sigma body of knowledge of the American Society for Quality Management ASQ.

​

For the Six Sigma workshop the acquired knowledge is used as part of a project work, and after submitting a project documentation and applied in the shop floor, a Yellow Belt Certificate will be issued.
